PD Dik Tip Soğutucular, prosesteki suyu veya glikol karışımını doğrudan ortam havasıyla soğutan, dikey yerleşimli kuru soğutuculardır. Kompresör içermedikleri için yalnızca fan enerjisi tüketirler; serbest soğutma ve kondenser hattı uygulamalarında işletme maliyetini belirgin şekilde düşürürler. Dikey yerleşim, kısıtlı taban alanı olan tesislerde yer kazandırır.
